Please read this information carefully before using the STRIX Terminal.
"STRIX", "Platform", "We", and "Company" refer to VISHUBH Tradetech Private Limited. "User" refers to any person accessing the STRIX Terminal.
STRIX is a proprietary technology platform developed and operated by VISHUBH Tradetech Private Limited. STRIX provides software tools, custom indicators, and a user interface designed to facilitate order routing and market analysis. VISHUBH Tradetech Private Limited is purely a technology solutions provider. STRIX is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Advisor, Research Analyst, Portfolio Manager, or Broker. STRIX does not publish research reports as defined under SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations. STRIX is intended for users above 18 years of age.
STRIX and all its services are provided strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. By using the platform, the user agrees that no claims, demands, or requests for compensation regarding platform performance, downtime, or service expectations will be accepted or entertained.
The features, layout, and overall functionality of the STRIX Terminal are subject to change. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, modify, or remove features at any time without prior notice. While we continuously strive to provide the best possible trading terminal for an optimal user experience, payment of subscription charges does not grant the user any right to demand specific feature expansions, modifications, or retentions.
All information, data, indicators, option chain analysis, and tools provided on the STRIX Terminal are strictly for educational, informational, and execution purposes. Any educational examples, backtests, or demonstrations shown on STRIX are hypothetical and do not represent actual trading results. Results shown in demo or paper trading environments may differ significantly from live market conditions. The embedded TradingView Lightweight (TVLW) charts provide a minimal, immediate view of live price action in candlestick format. Market segments, including Futures and Options (F&O) data, are provided exactly as received from our data sources; we cannot limit or extend these segments based on individual user demand. For comprehensive charting and advanced market or F&O analysis, users are completely free and encouraged to utilize dedicated third-party charting platforms such as TradingView.com, Zerodha, or others.
Trading in the financial markets, particularly in derivatives such as Futures and Options (F&O), involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Market volatility, gaps, and liquidity issues can result in significant financial losses that may exceed your initial capital. You should carefully consider your financial position, trading experience, and risk tolerance before engaging in F&O trading.
All trades executed through STRIX are initiated, authorized, and controlled by the user. STRIX does not autonomously place trades without user authorization and acts solely as a technical interface between the user and their broker.
STRIX allows user-defined scripts, strategies, and custom indicators. VISHUBH Tradetech Private Limited is not responsible for errors, bugs, or losses caused by user-created or third-party scripts. If you utilize custom scripts or automated logic within the terminal, you are solely responsible for verifying their accuracy.
While STRIX implements encryption and security best practices, no system is completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their devices, passwords, and API credentials. STRIX is not liable for unauthorized access due to compromised user systems. STRIX does not request or require your broker login password or OTP. API permissions are controlled by the user through their broker account. STRIX does not store broker login passwords. API access is limited to user-provided permissions.
Additionally, browser extensions or local STRIX modules operate on the user's device. STRIX is not responsible for third-party extension conflicts or malware on user systems.
STRIX functions as a technology bridge by integrating with third-party broker APIs to route your orders. By using STRIX, you acknowledge the following risks:
Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, exchange regulations, and broker policies while using STRIX. Users must comply with broker API usage policies and rate limits. Users are responsible for obtaining any broker or exchange approvals required for algorithmic or automated trading.

While STRIX strives to display accurate real-time data, we rely on third-party data feeds and broker APIs. STRIX does not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any market data, option chain metrics, charts, or news provided on the terminal. Users must independently verify critical market data before executing trades.
